I'll make this simple, I paid for Spyware Detector as it seemed good. After trying it for a week and discovering that it wasn't good enough (didn't get some Trojans that other software did), I asked repeatedly for a refund as promised with their 'no questions asked' guarantee but to no avail, they'll email and ask what the problem is but then nothing.
