Dragged out my claim to screw me out of money

I placed an order in Dec. Feb I contacted then and I was told it would take up to 3 months to recieve my order from the time the order was placed.

I contacted them in March3 times and I was shuffled around. I contacted them 3 times in April. I contacted them 2 times in May. I was told a check would be issued and sent to me in the next 3 weeks. It did not come. I contacted them again. They said that they check into it. I contacted them for the last time in June to no benefit.

They are aware that you have no recourse after 60 days and you are screwed. I never got my magazine or my refund. My credit card company said I had not recourse at this time. I will NEVER buy from them again. They are crooked and they know the system better than most consumers. They are modern day scam artists. They great you with nice talk and smiles and stab you in the back after they have your money. It was an expensive lesson at $45.
