Microsoft Product Returns
Reund supposed to be mailed 7/15/08

I returned an XP program on 6/17/08 and they received it on 6/19/08 with my return receipt. At that time I was advised that my refund would be mailed on 7/15/08. I called this morning to inquire if the check was mailed. I was now informed that it would be sometime in August. If I owed them, they would be on my butt for payment.
