I signed up to a service named FULLRELEASES.com and agreed to be billed a ONE TIME CHARGE of $4.95. Today I received the following email as a result of that transaction, which informed me that my credit card has been billed a RECURRENT CHARGE of $29.95. The site is a scam. There is no legitimate customer support link for fullreleases.com—it diverts my inquiry. Before signing up for fullreleases.com, a site that allows a variety of downloads, I never heard of billinghlp.com or Eguidestore. And they also are trying to "trick" me out of my credit card number for their so-called services.

My email states the following:

I have a very serious illness and have been confined to my home. For me, a heart transplant is going to be my shot at some degree of normalcy. This diagnosis is new to me and I am trying to adapt—the internet is my new best friend. I am 53 years old and relatively young to have heart failure caused by a virus. I, nor anyone else, need to endure the stress associated with being ripped of like this. I mention this because my current financial situation is tenous due to my inability to work, requiring me to "fight" for disability benefits. What can i do to fight this scam and get my money back???
