Download didn't work, overcharged, can't contact company Nationwide

This company is a complete rip-off. Software download never worked, I was overcharged and I have had absolutely no luck trying to track them down. The web site is disabled too! This is such a drag. I've never had this happen before. Guess I was both lucky and naive. No I've been cured of both! I hope somebody catches up with them and they get in deep cr* and we all get our money back!
