Charged card never delivered account info, doesn't respond to attempts to contact. Can't get a refund

I was looking for a company to host a website. Servers4Flash said they specialized in hosting for flash websites. So I signed up for a year and registered a domain name for a year. That was almost 20 days ago and I have tried NUMEROUS times to contact them to give me my account information to login.

I've heard nothing from this company who lists all this crap about their friendly and patient support staff who is there 24/7. The only thing they were there for is to send me an invoice saying they had charged my account. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH SERVERS 4 FLASH!!!
