Common Knowledge Market Reseach Website (Online Surveys) Not Playing By Its Rules

I just want to report some fraudulent practices by an online survey company. They are known online as Your2Cents. It is a website through which you can go and take various surveys and earn a little bit of money. The company states that every time you take a survey you randomly earn either $1, $2 or $3. I found this to be true at first and was excited to be earning money.

Recently, though, it's been clear that they are not randomly assigning earning for surveys. As evidence of this, I have earned $1 the last twelve times I have taken a survey. To put that in perspective, the odds of that happening are 1 in 531,441. Frankly, that's just possible. I believe a company like this needs to play by the rules they set and award money randomly.

I have tried to contact them but they have not returned any of my communications efforts. I participate in a number of online panels and this is the only one that cheats me out of money.
