Gave me regular $1-2 surveys, did not give $6 join up bonus, does not give me any more surveys as I reach the $75 payout limit (was absent when I joined), says that Paypal charges $25 processing fees, a blatant lie

I joined A.W. Surveys in April 08 but did not get the $6.00 bonus promised. I got regular stupid surveys asking me to comment on a randomly chosen website in 2-3 lines, for $1.00- 2.00 a survey and $1.25 per referral. As I crossed $30, I could not access the survey. The FAQs now show a $75 min. For payout, which was not there earlier, and the Survey is collecting email IDs by the bucketfull. All complaints are through a ticketing system, which gives NO ticket number, so one is left high and dry.
This survey is part of the Aclarn Inc.network, which also issues numberless tickets.
