Another benmamin donley ripoff

I paid through PayPal, thinking this was safe in case of fraud, $600.00 upfront to begin the process of designing a new business website. Signed contract stating time frame for 1st draft and completion all within 30days.

Many stalls, mother in hospital, designer quit etc. At end received very rude responses and then no response. He managed to extend this out over 45days so PayPal cannot recover any of these funds.

Beware!!! He is a conman of the lowest order! His contract is worthless as is Benjamin Donley himself.
