Worst piece of crap scam I was ever involved in. Ordered Assurz with this DVD burner. DVD burner may be great but who knows! Returned the burner to Assurz, couldn't use SATA connection, with a prepaid label and since they are now having "problems" I can't get a refund from either Assurz or Tiger as both want the tracking number. I did not purchase the the UPS Label, Assurz did so they should have the tracking number but expect me to provide it as does Tiger before they will refund. I contacted UPS and since Assurz purchaced the label they should have the tracking number, it is not my responsibility or problem! I do not keep old emails and will never do business with either company and will advise everyone I know to stay away also. I guess you need my $29.99 more than I do!!!
