Rip Off Ruined My Business And My Mothers Credit! Lease Financial Group Rip Off And Frauds

We recently got offered a terminal machine with who we thought was visa and mastercard, We then found out that the lease for the terminal is with a third party, lease financial goup, i have never signed anything with this company, and now my mother in law is stuck with an outrageous bill because of me, at first we were told that we can cancel anytime, and i have been calling to find out why i am being charged so much first a 35 dollar charge twice in one month two 89 dollar charges, and a bunch of 5 dollar charges, Last week they told us it was a 2 year lease today it's a 4 year lease, and if we canel it goes directly to a credit agency, Unfortunately we will now have to cancel our bank account after more than 300 bucks in fees, we now have to worry this will ruin my mother in laws credit, over trying to expand our very small family owned business, we can no longer accept payments online or through paypal, and have been taken for quite a ride, the worst thing is my landlord is their rep, so i risk being kicked out into the streets over this, I was blatently lied to, keep requesting our lease which still hasnt been sent, the paper work we have is only for a merchant account with visa and mastercard. They also state it was instated on may 5, which cant be possible because we barely moved in on the 30th of april and didnt sign one paper till the end of the month, Please help, also when yuo call i've been yelled at, and told im a child and must be playing on the phone, or i was lied to by someone else, or lying myself i tihnk someone needs to help us all sue the pant off of them!!
