Dear Friends, My name is John and me and my nephew Joe just recently launched a very small automotive marketplace dot com online service and we wanted to send out a mass email to advertise to the everyone introducing our new website and service, so we hired an online service called www.emailmarketinginnovation.com We chose their 2 million emails send outs for $179.00, which was doubled to make 4 million, because of a special they were offering. After I made payment by credit card I had a bad feeling, so I did some research online only to confirm my fears and find some disturbing news. I found two links warning people about this service. Here are the two links: http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/316/RipOff0316413.htm http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/316/RipOff0316413.htm#297386 I then emailed them requesting a refund only to find that in their terms all sales are finale. They then claimed that my email campaign had begun using a system called www.etrackingstatistics.com that is supposed to track all out going email campaigns. (Please try it and see for yourself.) This is the actual reading as of today July 1 Start date was 6/19/08 Total amount sent: 4,000, 000. Total opened: 1,327, 542. Total clicks received (CTR) 14,160. As of July 1 we have not received any activity on our website from this service and the few members we do have on our website are friends and from emails I sent out manually by hand. I am a computer internet tech and can tell you that there is no way anyone could send out over 4 million emails without some kind of activity. Theres also no way for us to even know if anything is actually being sent, was sent or if it is going to a targeted market like auto enthusiasts like it is supposed to. I believe that Emailmarketinginnovation.com is a fraud company offering a phony service that covers itself by hiding behind rigged technology. I realize $179.00 may not be a lot of money to everyone to lose, but it is to my nephew and me and it also might be to others and that is why we decided to make sure everyone knows about this fraud Emailmarketinginnovation.com business. Please judge for yourself and then warn others, so they do not make the same mistake. Thank you for your interest and time.
