Ripoff false promises dirty liars Fort Lauderdale Florida

I purchased and paid in advance for hosting services with this company. 60 days into my contract they loaded a new operating system that left their customer accts vulnerable to hackers and less then 2 wks after this system was loaded their customer accts were hacked.investigation proved mine wasn't the only acct hacked, the hackers changed my control panel configuration to Front Page effectively removing my access to most of my
accts functions.

I repeatedly begged hostsave.com to please remove the front page configuation because I do not even own front page thus was unable to do anything to help my situation on my own. I have all my saved e-mails showing that in spite of my telling them thru several avenues, their support form and email etc., that I needed Front Page turned OFF their reply more then once was that they would Turn it ON.

Because of their totally inept help and replies to my requests for help I was forced to move this website to another service and had to pay once again for space to move the website to. Thus I paid twice for the same yrs worth of service. The difference is my new host is super fantastic and not the deadbeats that HostSave have proven to be. The original price for one year's hosting was $90.63 and since I did receive 60 days of hosting prior to the mess they created I only asked that $79.50 be refuned to me.

I have several e-mails dated between July and the latest Nov 11 promising me a refund for the acct in question. I have not received it to date.

I want to warn anyone considering doing business with these people; DO NOT PAY for your acct more then 1 month in advance. And if you have another option don't use them at all because they have no idea how to deal fairly
and honestly with their customers. There are multiple virtual host providers that will make you their priority.instead HostSave resorts to lies hoping that complaints will simply vanish. But I have a long memory. As time
permits I am filing reports such as this one all over the internet; maybe when one or two prospective customers inquire into why? The company will realize until I am paid the monies due me I will not go away.
