Fraudulent charges

Had fraudulent charges appear on bank statement. Email form at site gets no response, & neither does phone number given by bank attached to charge from classiccloseouts.com. Apparently it's widespread:

That's just one site with reports of fraud charges - I have no idea how often most people check their accounts. Like the earlier report we normally do not save card info with any site, and even go back within the week to delete/change any card info shown with our account - logging in this morning showed no new orders, but did show partial credit card number!

Have reported the site to etrust (classiccloseouts.com displays their banner), as well as the NY AG http://www.oag. State. Ny.Us/online_forms/complaint_alert. Jsp & the MI AG where I live. Only other info I've found so far concerns a laysuit filed against Classic Closeouts, LLC: http://dockets. Justia.com/docket/court-njdce/case_no-2:2008cv03175/case_id-216267/

Contacted our bank, & they asked us to 1st call company as charge was authorized. Called bank back, told them no answer, reverse lookup etc, & that there were all these online reports of other people being charged. We canceled debit/charge card, & they told us it would go to investigations, with new card & number, results of investigation, & refund within 10 days.
