Edhelper.com I subscribed to edhelper.com, after doing so, they started limiting on what I print from their website. No policy on their website that informs that will be limited to how many worksheets they can print.internet

As you can see I can't give you anymore information then the website addy for I have just recently noticed that they have no contact information on their website such as address and state where they are located as well as a phone number to contact.

I am very angry at this website and I had wish I had done more investigating before I became a member.

Here is my issue. I had to take 4 of my children out of public school due to violence, so I am now homeschooling all four, in which they are all in different grades. (K, 1st, 4th, & 6th).

I ordered a subscription to edhelper.com. However, after they received the money and all was said and done. I would download papers on a regular basis because I am homeschooling 4 children. When I reached printing off 70 worksheets from this website, they cut me off from printing anymore until the next day.

I am very angry because I have went to every page on this website and not anywhere in the policy it says that we are limited of printing worksheets.

How can they sell such subscriptions without informing their customers that they will be limited on the amount of worksheets they can print per day?

How can they limit the amount of worksheets when in fact there is absolutely nothing on this website that states we are limited.

Shouldn't we be allowed to know before the purchase that we are limited on printing worksheets?

Had I known this I would have never ever paid for a subscription from this particular website.

As I said before there is no physical address, nor phone number to contact this so-called company.

If this isn't fraudulent then please explain to me what it truly is?
