Unauthorized charges to my credit card New York

My credit card company called today to follow up on suspicious transactions. The internet company Classic Closeouts posted two unauthorized charges to my card. These were both yesterday. June 26, and they were for $69.99 each. I ordered something from this site once, eleven months ago (Aug), and I have not been to their site since that time.

I have done alot of web searching today. I found out that this has happened to many, many people in this past week (mostly yesterday 6/26/08). It seems to be happening to people who ordered from this company between April and Dec.

The Better Business Bureau has Classic Closeouts listed as an unsatisfactory rating. They have 192 complaints in the past 12 months. I found many more than that on the web today. This company does not answer its phones or its emails.
