Justinx8 Supplier recieved money, failed to send product and led us on

On May 21, I purchased software through Ebay from a seller known as "justinx8" who had a long, exceptionally-good record of reviews. The software was to be shipped via standard mail and was expected to arrive within 10 business days. After not receiving the package after several weeks, I began emailing him, asking him to update me on the status of my order. He replied, saying that he would look into the matter. On June 8, he announced that his offices would be closed until June 15, a week later. He replied once on June 16, blaming his shipping supplier for the missing package. Since then, I have not been able to contact him.

It has been almost a month since ordering (today is June 19) and the package has not arrived. Furthermore, it has been impossible to reach him via email or phone contact. He is no longer a registered seller on Ebay. I have been in the process of filing disputes with Ebay and my credit card company.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I've lost over $900 in this scam. It/he appears to have a good (almost too good) track record with Ebay and that convinced me that it would be alright. He does not transact through PayPal, which offers buyer/seller protection.
