Sinulate Entertainment Product is not as advertised

In the beginning of June I purchased a sinulator toy from this company. I was thrilled to recieve a speedy delivery but totally dismayed when I realised this toy does not work as advertised.

The instructions were followed perfectly and the control screen that is viewed by anyone trying to control this toy via the internet is simply greyed out. I contacted the company immediately to let them know of the issue via e-mail and a week later had heard nothing even though I followed their guidelines and enclosed a detailed account of what was wrong.

I followed up with further e-mails and phone calls all of which have been completely ignored.

This product never worked as advertised and I am deeply concerned that this company is allowed to continue sending this product out to unsuspecting customers. Please note, it is impossible to refund this product because you have to e-mail the company before sending the product back and the company will not answer any e-mails.

Please note: The toy I bought is the version 2.0 with different software than shown on all the original publicity for this toy and is also different from the software demonstrated in the site's own demonstration.

I would never deal with this company again and advise anyone who considers buying this product to look elsewhere. All you will get for the price is a toy that ONLY YOU can control and no one else.
