Product didn't do what was advertised, no refund

I purchased a product called OnBelay from CompuApps, not I PURCHASED THE PRODUCT. The product is advertised as a file recovery tool for media files. What is not written is that it DOESN'T WORK WITH HARD DISKS, only with some types of unspecified "digital media". After discovering that the product was useless I requested several times a refund. Support has completely ignored all of these request. I strongly advise people not to do business with compuapp. I suspect they are not a legitimate software vender.
