BillinHLP - Product Name Eguidestore Two ammounts taken from my bank account internet

I checked my bank account on line on the 17th June and found two payments that I know where not authorised by myself. I sent an email to the company named on the statement questioning the transaction and was advised that it was an Internet site providing games movies etc. They also advised me that if I didn't cancel within 3 days I would have a monthly sum of $59.29 taken from my account. I answered saying this was a fraudulent action and could they tell me how they had obtained my banking details. I have not yet had an answer. I have been in touch with my bank and they have advised me that the company is listed as a brochure supplier!!! My bank card has been cancelled anthe the bank's fraud & stolen dept.
