Scammed by three online co Stole my money

I authorised 4.95 on my credit card to fullreleases.com for 3 days of downloading and a week later my card was charged 30.25 by billinghlp.com for eguidestore.com. They sent me an email stating I chose recurring billing and authorised this which I did not. However I used Paypal so I have areciept and the email. I want my money back.
