Their host is extreamly slow.

You cant FTP into the account no matter how many emails you send them for help. And Im a web designer. Its not like I'm an idiot on FTP.

They seem to play the game of "Answer that question and thats it". Where they assume your dumb and only want to lift their fingers as they go. Going out of the way to help you seems like a burden to them.

Their host is always down. I mean, I never experienced a server that is down on a regular baisis. This means not only your site goes down, their so called support system and front end goes down too.

Their server is extremely slow. When I operate the control panel or web jobs script, I have to wait on the average a good 4 to 7 seconds to navigate pages. This is extremely frustrating when your trying to configure a script. Sometimes pages wont load.

Conclusion
To me Web Scribble is a few geeks who thought they go into business and make a lot of money by doing the bare minimum. As Im seeing on the Internet there are a lot of reports about them. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM WEB SCRIBBLE save your money and hart ake.
