The Worst Customer Service In The World & They Treat Customers Like S%

Rather than tell a lengthy story, I am posting my email exchange with these idiots, which I saved just in case I had the opportunity to tell someone how horrible they are. Their website falsely advertises a 100% satisfaction gusrantee! Read how they treated me and judge for yourself whether or not they care about customer satisfaction! Mind you, I had ordered over $100 worth of merchandise from this company and ended up having to refuse it and return it through the shipper unopened, and then fought their shipping charges via my credit card company. Don't honor this company with your business, they don't deserve it!!!

P.S. Bear in mind that I called them prior to placing my order to check the validity of the discount code I used and they told me specifically toplace the order and if the code didn't work they would honor it when I called, then they refused to do so.

I used coupon code 3C54MO which promised me 20% off my order over $60 but the discount was not given at checkout. Please credit me 20% or cancel the order. I do not want the items without the discount.

Wrong. I DID use the link http://www.XXXXXt-64881.html
and in the past when I have written to you guys about your promo codes that NEVER work, even when you DO use the link. The response I always get is to place the order and if I didn't receive the discount, your customer service department would take care of it after the order was placed upon an email from me. I didn't trust this and cancelled several orders as a result, until today.

If you aren't going to honor the 20% off coupon, do NOT send the merchandise. I will refuse delivery and contest all charges through my credit card company including shipping and won't pay you a dime. Oh, and I will also never do business with your company in the future.

Either that, or you can stand by the coupon that links to your site, and your past emails that have led me to believe you would honor coupons not properly applied at checkout upon notification from me, and have a new
customer.

Please be sure that management sees this email.

In a world where good customer service is paramount to the success of a business, I don't see how Collections Etc. Can even survive. For you not to honor the discount is basically an insult. I will be refusing the package,
and will never purchase anything from your company. I will contest all charges to my credit card, including delivery fees, through my credit card company to see that you do not receive on dime of my money - even if it
takes me more money in my time than it would to just accept your crappy little order.
