I ordered a laptop. I was billed. Next day I was billed again. Ship date never given when asked. I was told it is not in stock and another substituted. I was billed again. Refused shipment since it was not original order and they could not verify shipment date. Bob, the owner and customer service refuses to credit account..
That was April. No refund.
