Sitecube
Sitecube is a ripoff. Reseller program, no customer service, you are not dealing with the company

I spent 2 weeks building a website with their software. Could not get anyone on the phone, only chat. Said it was 14.95a month, once they had my credit card, they charged me for an entire year. No one ever mentioned that during our online "chats". Then I couldnt any help with support.

After some google searching, I found that sitecube sells their services to independent resellers. You are not actually talking to sitecube, you are calling some "owner" at their home. They do not need to know how to use sitecube or have any technical knowledge whatsoever, just be able to pay to be a reseller. Your "tech support" depends on who the "owner" is you are dealing with.

The "owner" takes a cut from your ANNUAL payment and thats their profit. They have no further incentive to do anything for you. I am eating the money and writing it off as a loss. I need a REAL site building company and will look for one.
