Convenient Data Loss, No Payouts, Repeatedly changes Plan to keep funds even though it's not in Rules/FAQ's, Internet

This investment SCHEME, pays monitoring companies for good ratings to bring in investors. It then pays a token requested withdrawal, and has all sorts of trouble with server crashes, lost documentation, and paying out funds after accrued.

I have been fighting with them for 3 months to payout on a few withdrawal requests after amassing a large sum of funds, and have been met consistently with confused administrators, lost months of back office documentation of invested totals, and payment restrictions not laid out anywhere in their rules and FAQ's.

All the while receiving more requests to invest more to unfreeze/re-activate an account due to some issue on thier part or a non-existent infraction on mine. They take deposits, keep the expired deposits and only pay interest percentages for profit and not including the original invetment. Once a total is made and requested, the problems, infractions and non-communication for months begins.

If anyone thinks of placing an investment in their hands, go somewhere else instead. Anyone else had my problem? There are Internet Fraud Commisions through the U.S. FTC, and other countries also, as well as a sort of Internet World Police. Other countries don't want a balck eye from rotten businesses operating from their countries, by all means report them. Do traceroutes on where these companies get on the net from also. They usually work out of the country, but are hosted here, making them liable just the same.
