For clarity, the investor insist that the Second Party (B) must have a live meeting with his fiduciaries i. E (Brokers/Bankers) for identification and use same opportunities to discuss extensively concerning the above subject matter and also indemnifies the transaction.

Find attached a copy of my ID and the working NON-DISCLOSURE/NON-CIRCUMVENTION AGREEMENT, please proof read and fill out properly, sign where necessary, notarize the signed agreement and revert with copies of the signed and notarized document, for my client to do same to enable us initiate the process via the fiduciaries.

It's imperative you provide us with your investment plan for review/consideration.

The core investor is based in Russia, the meeting will be arranged by the investors brokers/bankers when necessary.
