Thsalepowerleveling Refuse to refund for getting my account banned

I purchased a powerleveling services from them, made the mistake of having another character I had worked on in that account and when they went to powerlevel got the account banned. They did the we need more time and horrible english. There last response when I said I will not supply another account and want a refund
