Ripped off for over $3,800

Stay away from this company. 9/07 I contacted this company through Guru to clone a high end website and host it on their dedicated server. $3,800 later I had a half built homepage with about 20 minutes of work done to it with none of the coding done set up on a cheap godaddy server. Many phone calls and emails with no one answering. I got two emails back from her one saying she was delayed and was in the hospital from a nasty lung infection around 10/07 and the site would be completed within a couple weeks. I thought ok I will give her the benefit of the doubt and see what happens. A month later and still no answers to emails or phone calls.

The last email I received was 2/08 saying that she got hit by a semi truck and had to spend the last few months learning how to walk again. Well 3 months later and still no contact. Obviously she is a scam artist and never intended to complete this project. Stay away from designplusprogramming.net. Lawyers please get in touch.
