Xbox live told me to delete my profile and recover Seattle

I was playing on my xbox 360 elite when i decided to buy splinter cell chaos theory for 1200 points. I had set up a pass code to connect to xbox live when you turned on the console. I aslo had just purchased a 12 1 gold membership. Splinter cell as me to put my code in so i tried and it didi not reconize my code. I called xbox live and i was pretty familiar with the steps because of a previous router problem. Xbox told me to to try several things to which i complied, and after no avail, they told me to delete the profile and recover it, sounds simple huh. I knew this might take a little bit so i was paitient when i was filling out the info to recover the gamertag. Well come to find out after xbox assured me i could recover my g-tag it was lost forever. I tried everything most of the reps i talke to really tried to help out. There are two superivisors that did not even seem to try one was kristine she just tried to stonewall it seemed like and james he hung up on me, i did expalain to people i was getting mad because all achievements and rankings i had got were gone, and that they directed me to do all of the things i did. I real mad when i was talking to james and i told him that he was going to catch the brunt of this and that donot take it personally i am mad at your company, i did ask for more telephone numbers to call and he sugesssted that i call 1-800-4my-xbox which i was already talking to. I told him not to be a smart ass and he said he wasnt so i started cussing at him and told me i should have read the agreement on xbox live about accounts, i told him you directed me to do all of this. I donot want anything not due to me, all i want is my membership. Larci helped as much as she could good job. David and justin did a really good job also. David justin and larci went above and beyond the job description for that i am grateful. Come to find out i had an invalid e-mail adress.
