Usa credit ripoff

My husband was doing the balancing of our checkbook, and we came across the charge for 139.95 from MWI Galleria USA. I did not authorize or order anything for 139.95, neither did my husband, and when we put the e-mail address instantly the ripoff page was there in front of us. So what do we do to get rid of this charge that we did not authorize, besides report it? Will our bank decide that this is a charge that we didn't incur, or will we be held responsible for it?
