This should be better contact info for CEO Brett Heap. (Altho they have a company/plant at the Lousiville KY address (Print Fulfillment Services), Overnight Prints is just one of the companies under the umbrella of FarHeap Solutions, Inc.)

If you go to farheap.com and click on industries you will see them all.

At least we know who is accountable for Overnight Prints shoddy work and how to contact him - information which its customer service reps will not divulge.
