Failed to pay winners their winnings and refuse to pay what is owed but did pay the TEAM

I have played at netwinner.com since Oct 06 and had been faithful to them and always very polite and helpful on their forum. I did not receive their email of 12 May 08 informing the players of their game that the prizes they had redeemed for and had play many hours to achieve were not being paid and in lieu of earned prizes they were refunding the points redeemed to get the prize and doubling them. Many people did not receive this email and found out by reading it in the forum. For many people the loss of the money they were expecting was a major letdown for plans they had made in anticipation of receiving. I was due $225 that I had redeemed and had almost enough to redeem for another $400 but held off so they could catch up on the payments. TOS originally stated 60 days then changed to 90 days but I cashed out over 90 days before with no payment. Some people were waiting on payments since Nov 07 (so 6 months of waiting) to then find out they would not receive. A few people were offered HUSH money as they had filed with the BBB of NC and received some to all of what was due to them. They received a call and were told to keep it quiet. They offer a jackpot that is over $1 millions dollars and that is fraud since they can't pay the members of the forum, how will they ever pay the winner of a jackpot that is that much. My husband was also due to receive $225 and did not receive. I had just recently become a part of their team as Mini Mod (mini moderator) and remained true to them and then when they were informed, after an email sent by husband to them, that he had filed a complaint with the BBB I was then taken off the team as a conflict of interest - that is all well with me - but then for comments that I posted on another site - I was banned from the Netwinnercentral.com forum - again no whoop because I have friends that are keeping me up-to-date but my beef as with thousands of others is that we were not paid as we should have been.
