Hatred Jason Accused of stealing

The person incorrectively accused my of stealing web code from his sites, which are false for i have personaly built my site 6 years before his was even around.
He then tried to sue me causing me to spend approx $500 USD on laywer fees to proof to the dumb f* that he is incorrect and that if he didnt he would lose.
The person neither gave an appologie nor offer to cover the cost of the lawyer fees to prove him wrong and for wasting my time in redoing my entire game and all the copyright filing.
In which case I lost about $350 USD from consumers who where looking for a programmer and i wasnt able to do the work since I had to waste the time on redoing my site and copyright work to keep any further incidents of someone trying to clam that I stolen web coding that doesnt even belong to them.
