Ebay scammer used merchandise reversed credit card $700.00! Wedding dress ebay rip off scam con artists

Nicholle McClelland bought a wedding dress from me on eBay. The auction clearly stated that the gown was an order, and would be provided to the winner within 30 days per ebay rules. THIS GIRL IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE, AND I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE THAT DEALS WITH HER.

Nicholle won the dress for $700.00, then insisted that she receive the dress the next day! I bent over backward to provide this dress to her in less than 3 days.

Long story short, Nicholle gets the dress, and three weeks later, emails me and tells me she doesn't like it. The auction stated NO REFUNDS! I even informed ebayers to use proper body measurements because wedding gowns run small.

After I tell her once again that there are NO REFUNDS, I don't hear from her for months. She bought the dress in April.in late August, I come home from work to find a box on my doorstep. The address is some shipping mailbox company in Colorado. I open the box to find Nicholle's dress inside... Worn, filthy, altered, tags removed. It's a total mess. So, I contact my bank and they tell me to mark the box refused, and send it back.

It was quite obvious by the extensive alterations made to the dress that Nicholle was much, much bigger than the size 10 dress she won. How is it my fault that she is delusional about her dress size?!

A few weeks later, I receive an email from eBay, banning me from auctions because she raised such a stink. She posted my personal contact information ALL OVER THE INTERNET. I had to change my phone number because I was getting pro-Nicholle calls at all hours. (She posted to some bride-to-be newsgroups).

To add insult to injury, I receive an email from PayPal, confirming that they are reversing the $700.00 against my account.

So, when it all comes down to it, NICHOLLE MCCLELLAND of Denver, Colorado got a free wedding dress, used and abused it, got her money back, and got to keep the dress too.

Nicholle McClelland is a rip off artist!!! Don't sell to her no matter what, beacause you're just asking for trouble.
