Unable to return or exchange an orde

My mother bought a couple of t-shirts from this company. They came promptly enough but did not fit her. She wanted to exchange them for a larger size, but could not reach them by email to get the required 'RGA' number. I tried both the returns email and then the customer service email repeatedly with no success.

I then tried searching for the company via google and found a listing for a company of the same name and address but that was described as making machine and cutting tool accessories.

It looks like my mother is out her money and is stuck with the too small t-shirts.
