Items never sent. Not at first, not eve

I ordered some CD's and a magazine from this website and it was a pretty big order, which I feel was my mistake because I had never ordered from this site before and didn't really know how they operated. My order got here on time but one item was missing and three items were completeley wrong. I contacted them and they made an excuse as to why the three Cd's were wrong and offered to replace them. I thought that they would just send the right ones like other mixtape websites I've been on, but I never saw antything.

I finally emailed them again to see if they sent them or were planning to send them and they still hadn't done anything. They kept asking which CD's I wanted and that's when I finally figured out that they didn't have the CD's I wanted in the first place, so I chose some new ones and I asked them to let me know when they sipped them and they wrote back saying they shipped on April 30th. Today is May 7th and I have not recieved a thing.

The CD's that were missing totaled up to $9.99, and the entire order was 50 somthing dollars, so they essentially stole $9.99 from me. The communication as to what is going on with my order has been very vauge and unprofessional. If you like underground music and mixtapes, regardless of whatever shoutouts DJ's give this website, don't order from them or if you do order only one thing so they can't mess it up.
