Debit/checkcard theft of money from account

Eupaycom has been dipping into my husbands checking account for some time. The bank says they can't do anything to stop the charges because they are not always on the same day of the month and they are never for the same amount. This has been going on for several months and some months they even take money twice but for different amounts. They have takes several hundred dollars from this account. We finally closed off that card. The bank is telling us we have to contact the company but there is no way to contact them.
