Dslreports.com Fraudulently charged $49.90 on my credit card for "Merchandise" which I did not order or receive

I was checking over the charges on my Capital One credit card and found a charge for $49.90 made to PW EAUCTION for "merchandise". I did not order anything from this company, nor did I receive anything. I checked with my husband and he didn't order anything from them either. I don't know how they got my credit card number! I contacted them and told "Sandra" who claims to be the only Sandra there that this was a fraudulent charge and she told me to report it to the police and refused to give me back my money.
