PW EAUCTION, Pacific Webworks, Placed unauthorized charge on my account

I checked my bank account today and noticed there is a charge for $59.90 on my account. I have never authorized this charge nor have I heard about this PW EAUCTION before today. I have never ordered nor used their services but then again it doesn't seem to matter since they have been doing this to many people out there. This is criminal behaviour as far as I'm concerned and something needs to be done about them. I am very surprised that they are still freely doing this to unsuspecting people with no reprisals against them. They are stealing from people in broad daylight and are not being punished for it. If I were to steal from someone as blatantly and as frequently as they are I would be in jail by now. Can someone out there please help us?
