Poker Game Flooded With Bots and Player Account Locked

Igg inc, a.k.a. Texas Holdem Poker Deluxe, is stealing millions of dollars from its players. They are using a program of bots to take players' poker chips. This program is made for one thing: to win at poker. Igg has flooded the tables with these bots, stealing players' chips so they have to buy more to play and increase their chip sales. It is costing players millions and Igg refuses to remove them, stating in their email that the bots are not theirs and that players should report them and give the ID number. I have myself reported over 100 bots.

The programmers, in their hurry to steal players' chips, made a mistake: if you go and play on the HD version, the bots show up plain as day. They are blue and have an F on them and no name. I went on their forum and spoke out about the bots, and the next day my poker account was locked and my poker chips taken. I emailed Igg service and in about a week got an email back with a bunch of nonsense account numbers, dates and chip amounts. They said I transferred chips; the email had like 5 different accounts that chips went to, this one then this one went to another, then finally to me. It is nothing more than a lie to cover themselves. It doesn't take them long to lock players' accounts, but they do nothing to remove the bots.

I have screenshots of tables with them playing and you can clearly see them. When I submitted the screenshots to Igg service that was the end of it; they won't talk to me. They play stupid and send emails that make no sense and leave you shaking your head. To me they are nothing more than thieves taking people's money.
