I got Hosed by Traffc Gyser! 15721 Bernardo Heights Pkwy. B-454

When I signed up for Traffic gyser they got their $97 payment immediately. AFter 3 days I realized, my files are too big for their system and used the internal ticketing system to ask for a refund and to be released from the system.

I got no response from their help desk, so I called my credit card company who said they already have the $97, we can stop future payments and have to get them to refund the money.

After Traffic Gyser could no longer bill me again (30 days later) they are fighting the refund and continute to try and bill my card.

Its a virtual system, they have not sent any product or DVD's or spend any time consulting with me. I just want to get off the system and get a refund for something I never used.

But they are actually fighting this. Too bad, it shows how desperate they really are. This was in February - its MAY - Give me my money back!
