Round Goods
Kimball roundy, kr Up-sells to internet system, will not refund peoples money, no communication about refunds

Internet & Web

About a year ago I signed up for Kimball Roundy's 5 minute mogul Tycoon membership System where it primarily consists of a "Monopoly" looking game board that is filled with affiliate marketers that for the most part require you to sign-up for their "up-sell" membership to "fill" in the game board pieces, which by-the-way Kimball Roundy is the person who "referred" you, so he gets all the up-sell membership commissions from the respective affiliates. After I did all this "setting" up of the game board pieces I was again contacted to sign-up with this traffic guru for an additional $210.00 dollars.

After I did this and kept it going while waiting for the company to "launch" it's "system." I spent approximately $1,600 over a 4 month period of time just waiting. I then requested a refund from their support department wherein I was told that I would definitely receive a refund within 30 days, and definitely would "be refunded." It has now been well over the 30 days and I have not recieved my refund, or any word from support as to when I will get my money back, only that I will be refunded.

It has now been over a year and this program of Kimball Roundy has still not launched. There are "Red Flags" all over the place with this company, Round Goods, LLC. On the company facebook page there are several other people who have requested a refund as well and have not received them either. So far I'm out $1,600 for the up-sells, $997.00 for the Tycoon membership, and $210.00 for the "traffic guru" for a total of $2,807 I'm not waiting any longer for my refund and if necessary, will aggressively seek whatever legal means available to obtain my refund.
