Staples AKA Parago I was promised 380 dollars in rebates and have received nothing to this date

I purchased several thousands of dollars worth of home computing stuff from Staples and was told by the sales rep that he would handle all of my rebate information and submission. He seemed like a very nice and knowledgable kid so I agreed to let him do this because he said it would give him some sort of credit. Well, here I am today 2 and a half years later and after calling every 800 number affilliated with Staples I have had no luck.

I finally reached a very nice store manager by the name of Christine that said she would take it upon herself to get to the bottom of this matter and I believe her. She had a strong conviction in her voice and I was very pleased to speak with her. I am going to continue buying my products from staples but never anything with a warranty.

Please keep in mind that these rebates are a third party and these companies do everything possible to prolong the rebate process with hopes you will give up fighting. I will keep everyone posted on how things work out. Remember it is not Staples fault it is the rebate offer companies. Christine promised be a good outcome and I believe her.
