E i order a dvd for 1.95, never received it and now they are debiting 39.90 from my checking account monthly. They have taken it out twice on 3/31 and 4/23 (just happens to be my birthday, happy birthday to me)

I requested a dvd for 1.95, and today they proceed to get 39.90 per month from my bank account. They've debited my bill twice, on 3/31 and 4/23. And incidentally, I've never obtained the dvd or something from their website.
