This company offers file downloads. I paid 4.95 for a 3 day trial. They charged me $19.95 under a different name, and won't let me cancel my account with their website. There is noy way sites like this should be allowed to stay running. After signing up for the site, I scanned message boards and have seen other people have gotten scammed by this site. It should be taken down.
