They've overcharged me and didn't deliver any products

I was asked by the owner to order products in order to increase her sales. I told her I would do it as a favour. She immediately called her supplier to place an order and told me I would receive an paypal invoice. I told her ok. I wasn't able to pay for it immediately and began receiving text messages from the owner, Allena Brown, stating that I needed to pay for the products. My friend dropped some cash off to Allena and asked her to give it to me. The invoice for the products was $34.50, the cash dropped off is $120.00. Allena is now stating that there are fees equalling $120.00 and I still need to pay the $34.50. She has not provided the product.
