Idprocs took $31.98 out of my account on April 11th without my knowledge. I to live on disability checks. I have been fighting with these people for 4 days to get my money back. I keep being told it will be back in my account in 72 hrs. I filled out a canceal request on Monday (05/14) and the 72 hrs was on Thurs. (05/17). I hope nobody else gets ripped off by these people.
