They Debit 31.98 from my account without my permisson

Yes, I checked my account monday and was missing 31.98 from this so called company. I was online a couple of days ago and was filling out for a payday loan and I didn't receive nothing I dont even no who this is. The Loans I was doing did ask for all my information came back declined. So I quite and now my money is missing I need my money back into my account. Can someone Help me I Disabled and on a fixed income. Thank You
