Stole $19.95 off our credit card without our knowlege!

Internet & Web

We live on a fixed income, my husband is disabled, and the enternet has helped him alot, allowed him to give back. This morning when I got up I checked the e-mail to find that some company had taken our last $19.95 leaving us with. 07 to last the rest of the month. My husband and I called the card company and reported the theift. They said it will take 7 days to put the money back, what do we do until then? I called this place and they won't even let you speak to a person unless you give then youe phone number or your credit card number, and I'm not that stupid. We have done a search on the net and the phone number you can get information on if you can pay Intellus to get it, but they took our money! I am going to call my States Attoney Generals office and complain and go unto my local newspaper site and t.V. News site and report them also. I did call the place where I purchaced the card to warn them that this is happening.
